PLACE AN ORDER
  • To place an order, click on the "Shop" tab.
  • Select the chosen products in your preferred size and click "Add to Cart" to continue shopping or "Buy it Now" to purchase the item immediately.
  • Once you've finished shopping, click on the shopping cart button on the upper right hand side of the website and "Check Out" to proceed.
  • Fill in your details and submit your order.

 

PAYMENT

Primary mode of payment will be done through bank deposit and online transfer (BDO, BPI, Gcash).

SHIPPING
  • Within 3 working days of placing your order, please transfer the correct amount through bank deposit or online transfer via BDO or BPI.
  • Email us the proof of payment at una.weaves@gmail.com within 3 working days.
    • Email Subject: Order number (ex. Order #1000)
  • Your order will only be processed and shipped upon the receipt of payment.
  • A confirmation message will be sent to your email. 
  • Lead time for order is dependent on the logistics provider.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Strictly no refunds will be entertained (unless damage is caused by the Merchant).

Returns are allowed for exchange in size or style, given that the item is unused and in the same condition that it was received.

Items that are not in their original condition (is used, damaged, or stained) will not be eligible for returns. 

Size exchange:
  • The Client can exchange the size of the item (given there is stock available on hand) within 3 days upon receiving their order.
  • The Client will return the item for exchange.
  • The Client will deposit the shipping fee to the Merchant's account.
  • Upon the Marchant's receipt of the item and shipping fee, the Merchant will then ship the item in exchange size.
Style exchange:
  • The Client may opt to exchange an item for an existing on-hand item within 3 days upon receiving their order.
  • The difference in balance must be settled by the concerned party.
